Dough Ball Whiskey

Egg White
.5 oz
Heavy Cream
.5 oz
Combo of Scrappy’s Chocolate and Fee Brothers Chocolate bitters
Combine all ingredients into a shaker, dry shake for 20 seconds. Add ice and wet shake. Strain into shot style glass. Add salt and caramel to the rim for a twist.
Garnish with salt and caramel rim.
